1. General Policy Overview
Due to the nature of premium cigars and consumable goods, most sales are final. This policy explains the limited circumstances under which refunds, exchanges, or credits may be provided.
By purchasing products, memberships, or event tickets from Tombstone Cigar Room, you agree to the terms below.
2. Cigars & Tobacco Products (ALL SALES FINAL)
Premium cigars require controlled humidity and temperature. Once they leave our humidor, we can no longer guarantee freshness or storage conditions.

Damaged or Defective Cigars
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your cigars were damaged at the time of purchase, you must notify us before leaving the lounge OR contact us within 24 hours with:

Proof of purchase
At our discretion, we may:

Offer store credit

Decline the request if damage appears post-purchase

3. Accessories (Cutters, Lighters, Ashtrays, Merchandise)

Non-Returnable Accessories

If we cancel an event due to:

Staffing issues

Any unforeseen operational reason

Ticket transfer to the new date, OR

A full refund, OR

Store credit

6. Private Event Bookings & Deposits
Private events require advanced preparation and reserved space.
Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit (amount varies by event size) is required

Deposits secure the date and block the lounge space
Cancellations

Cancel 14+ days before event → deposit may be transferable to a future date (not refundable)

Cancel less than 14 days → deposit forfeited

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash (except where required by Florida law)
